The Fraternity Club presents CASTAGNE DAY 2026!
We are excited to welcome back Castagne Day on Sunday 3 May 2026 at The Fraternity Club, 11 Bourke Street, Fairy Meadow NSW.
Event Time: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Join us for a fantastic, family-friendly celebration filled with the wonderful sights, sounds and flavours of Italian culture. Enjoy the traditional roasting of castagne (chestnuts), browse a variety of market stalls, and keep the kids entertained with fun rides and activities throughout the day.
Castagne Day is a long-standing community event in the Illawarra and attracts thousands of visitors each year. The festival features market stalls, international food vendors, live entertainment and carnival rides, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for families and the wider community.
We are currently welcoming expressions of interest from market stalls, artisan vendors and food vendors who would like to be part of this much loved community celebration.
