DESCRIPTION:Australia’s premier pinball competition is coming to the Illawarra! \nThe IFPA Australian Championship Series (ACS) brings together the nation’s top-ranked players for four huge days of competitive pinball\, hosted this year by The Illawarra Pinball Club (IPC) at The Fraternity Club. \nWhat is the ACS?\nThe ACS is where Australia’s best qualify and battle it out for national bragging rights. Players earn their place throughout the year via WPPR points\, with the top competitors from each state and territory securing spots in the series. \nWhat’s on across the weekend\nAlongside the main ACS Championship\, there are plenty of ways to get involved—whether you’re playing\, learning\, or cheering from the sidelines: \n\nThursday night: Max Matchplay\nFriday (all day): Group Matchplay\nSaturday: Target Matchplay (for non-qualifiers of ACS)\nSunday: On Strikes (running alongside the ACS Finals)\n\n🎯 Best Game Competition (all weekend): Running across the full event with finals after the main event finals—perfect if you love chasing that one big score. \nCome play or come watch\nWhether you’re a seasoned competitor\, a casual player\, or just keen for a fun weekend out\, this is a celebration of Australian pinball at its best.
