The Wiggles are coming to the Fraternity Club, and we couldn’t be more excited!
As we’re sure you’re all aware, it is going to be quite a big day for everyone, and we want to do our best to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable time and is best prepared for a great day!
CLUB OPENING TIMES
The Fraternity Club will be open for trade on Saturday, 12th May 2018 from 8:30am. Please note that doors to the auditorium will not be open until 9:30am for the 10:00am show, and 12:00pm for the 12:30pm show.
While the Fraternity Club’s carpark is one of the largest in Wollongong, it will likely reach maximum capacity on the day. We strongly encourage car-pooling with others.
Our back carpark will be open, and we recommend you utilise this extra parking area. There will be signs to assist you in finding it, however, it is located towards the end of Bourke Street past the main carpark entrance. Please note that street parking and drop-off opportunities will be limited on the day.
We also strongly encourage the use of public transport. The Fraternity Club is located just 450m from the Fairy Meadow train station, and just 230m from the Free Bus stop in Fairy Meadow on the corner of Elliot’s Rd & Grafton St.
As you can imagine, if everyone brings a pram, there won’t be much space left in the club! We strongly encourage all attendees to avoid bringing large prams if possible and opt for a smaller stroller or avoid altogether if this is an option.
For those who do need to bring a pram, please note that no prams will be allowed to be taken upstairs into the auditorium due to limited space.
There will be a cloakroom for prams, where parents will be able to drop off their pram or stroller before the show to avoid bringing them upstairs. This area will be fully supervised by a security guard. We do suggest that you do not leave anything valuable in your pram or stroller.
Please be aware that our lift will only be accessible for those who require disability access or have limited mobility. Those with prams will not be able to use the lift (see above section on prams).
If you haven’t already done so, please advise if you or your child requires reserved disability seating by contacting Lisa on firstname.lastname@example.org or (02) 4283 3333. There will be a small section reserved for those who have requested disability seating.
The café will be open for coffee and cake from 8:30am, and the La Trattoria bistro and Il Bene Pizza & Gelato Bar will be open from 11:00am.
Please understand that it will likely be very busy in the club, especially when ordering food.
